We are responsible for checking a variety of administrative documents and processes relating to the products negotiated and sold in the UK or exported across Europe and the US.
We are looking for a confident and motivated Administrator with a meticulous eye for detail, as well as the ability to understand the bigger picture and how systems, documents and processes can affect the wider business.

What you'll doChecking and reviewing contracts, invoices, memos and internal communication prior to distribution to third partiesWorking closely with the other Buying departments to ensure high quality standards within Buying Administration are maintainedChecking that the memos, which bring crucial information into the business, are distributed correctly and actioned in a timely mannerChecking supplier and item data is maintained correctly by all departments to ensure our customers and suppliers receive the best possible servicePreparing reports for the buying management teamObserving strict business critical deadlinesDealing with ad hoc requests when they ariseWhat you'll needIntermediate Excel skills are essentialExperience in Administration is desirableHighly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail Self-Motivated and drivenEnjoy a fast paced and busy environmentWell organised with the ability to multitask and work to targets and strict deadlinesExcellent computer skillsThe ability and confidence to communicate effectively with colleagues across all levels of the businessPositive can-do attitude with the willingness to learnAbility and drive to problem solveStrong numerical skills and the ability to interpret and analyse dataGood understanding of German language would be advantageousWhat you'll receive- 30 days holiday (pro rata)
