Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we'll support you working from a variety of locations.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Estates Services team as an Area Lead on a permanent basis.

Working closely with the FM Services Manager (Estates Service) you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of multiple teams within your service area.


We're delighted to have received national recognition for employer excellence by the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) for our approach towards training, development and career progression, so you'll play a key role in continuing the development of the team.


As Estate Services Area Lead, you'll also have a focus on continual improvement and value for money principles, following commercial principles to deliver neighbourhoods our customers can be proud of.


The Person:


We're looking for someone with excellent demonstrable supervisory skills, a high degree of organisation and a focus on continual improvement.

Ideally you'll have a proven track record in Estates Services, experience of managing remote teams across diverse locations and an everything safe focus the right person will be responsible for all aspects of Estates Services delivery.
