Our client is a global medical technology company developing, manufacturing and distributing a variety of medical devices is looking for a Process Engineer to join the team.

This company operates worldwide and has grown to over 500 people.


The Process Engineer will be responsible for the day to day production, assist design and implementation of production & testing and support quality compliance across the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Day to day production support requiring a minimum of 4 days a week on site
  • Existing process improvement and new process introduction.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of manufacturing data, i.e. production control charts, reliability, and process capability to improve the process and monitor and measure against targets
  • Timely completion of maintenance and calibration of all critical equipment to schedule
  • Assist in the design and implementation of production, testing, gauging, and manufacturing aids
  • Liaising with equipment, component, and tooling suppliers to support and improve manufacturing processes
  • Generation and execution of protocols and reports to support regulatory requirements
  • Support design transfer and design change processes from new product development to production
  • Creation, improvement and update of quality system and production documentation
  • Creation and update of technical drawings
  • Support continuous improvement activity within Quality and Production
  • Support quality compliance across the company
  • Support Investigation of quality issues, root cause analysis and CAPA implementation and verification
  • Effective and timely change management and implementation
  • Provide equipment and process training as required

Requirements:

  • Graduate Qualification ideally in Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in a low to medium volume manufacturing environment preferred although graduates will be considered
