Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement Leadership: Take the lead on client engagements, from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring top-tier service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Project Oversight: Manage small to medium-sized cybersecurity GRC projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Risk & Compliance Advisory: Provide expert advice on cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance, helping clients meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments and gap analyses, developing customized GRC frameworks and strategies for clients.
  • Policy & Control Development: Create and implement robust cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls to minimize risk and enhance compliance.
  • Insightful Reporting: Generate detailed reports and documentation, offering clients clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Effective Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating complex technical information into understandable terms for all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in a cybersecurity GRC role, with deep knowledge of governance, risk management, and compliance principles.
  • Certifications: Highly desirable certifications include CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in cybersecurity risk assessment methodologies, compliance requirements, and GRC tools.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Project Management Expertise: Experience managing cybersecurity projects, including detailed planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
