Are you able to commit 26.25 hours per week? We want someone who can create, plan, and deliver impactful communication strategies and campaigns to enhance Securitas' brand and commercial strategies. If you're a PR specialist who can empower colleagues and align internal communication with our business objectives, then we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for internal and external communications. We need someone with experience in Public Relations who can develop winning strategies, engaging content, and effectively reach our target audiences through various channels.

Job Description

With your help, we will:

  • Define and execute communication plans to support business priorities.
  • Manage internal and external campaigns to enhance brand reputation.
  • Support key marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Develop media relations and PR plans for increased coverage.
  • Oversee staff engagement surveys and community communication.
  • Handle Corporate Social Responsibility communications and press releases.
  • Maximize editorial coverage and provide management information on communication effectiveness.

Manage communication channels such as:

  • Employee portal and internal comms portal (Workplace)
  • Leadership events, meetings, and town halls
  • Manager toolkits and Protection Times
