We are looking for a proactive Production Assistant to join our dynamic team at Usborne.


The Production department plays a key role in managing the supply chain process for our books, ensuring timely delivery from start to finish.

Joining our team means working closely with various departments to maintain clear and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Addressing schedule and costing inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Thoroughly reviewing files before sending them for printing.
  • Coordinating book printing across different languages and regions.
  • Using digital tools to create purchase orders.
  • Collaborating with internal teams like Editorial, Design, and Sales to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Engaging with global suppliers to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
  • Monitoring and ensuring timely and cost-effective book deliveries.
  • Generating regular reports to maintain schedule adherence.
  • Participating in bi-weekly Production meetings.
  • Approving print invoices for timely processing.
  • Organizing file archiving within the system accurately.
