**Graduate Finance & Administration Assistant**
**Farringdon**
**Salary up to £22,000 per annum**

CV Screen are currently seeking a motivated and diligent Graduate Finance & Administration Assistant to join a prestigious company in the legal sector based in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in finance and administration within a well-established solicitors firm.

**COMPANY OVERVIEW**:
Joining this reputable solicitors firm, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in the legal sector. Knowledge of the legal industry will be advantageous in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Finance Director and Practice Manager in various administrative tasks
- Prepare month-end financial reports and statements
- Code credit card statements accurately
- Manage petty cash transactions
- Download and organize paralegal invoices
- Generate information and reports for fee earners
- Address queries and provide assistance to fee earners
- Perform general day-to-day administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a finance administrator role
- Familiarity with the legal sector is highly desirable
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills
- Proficient in meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Capable of working independently with efficiency
- Any IT skills or experience would be highly advantageous

**Salary**:
Up to £22,000 per annum

Central London
