Full Time Contract ( 3 months )

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Administrator in Havering. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours. The employer can offer hybrid working with 2-3 days worked from home.

The job:

  • Investigating escalated and complex complaints (stage 2 and Ombudsman)
  • Carrying out detailed investigations, with robust and evidence-based conclusions and remedies
  • Identifying and tracking commitments and learning opportunities.
  • Ensuring attention to detail in submitting case file requests to the Ombudsman and addressing gaps.
  • Escalating issues of non-compliance.

The candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Previous experience working for a local authority is essential
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within property sector is desirable
  • Ability to develop and demonstrate questioning skills to effectively gather relevant information and evidence is essential
