This is a new post and an exciting opportunity to join a great team in the Centre for Rare Diseases whilst working with the multidisciplinary team and patients with Fabrys Diseases.

If managing a project that involves genetic testing Interests you and you can work well as part of a team and on your own initiative then this is the job for you


You will able to expand your knowledge and skills around Genetic testing, obtaining patients/family member medical history, phlebotomy skills, trust IT systems, MDT coordination and collaborate with members from other areas.


This is part of a quality improvement project for 2 years initially and part of the role will be to document and track the uptake of cascade testing in the family, audit the impact of this co-ordinated approach of family members, and facilitate health economic analysis to demonstrate the benefit of the role to this and other similar services.
