But dealing as we do with more than 3,000 businesses and over 8,000 apprentices, our success depends crucially on the skills of a highly skilled Administration Department - and you could now join our team in an office-based role.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to become part of a dedicated office department and work as part of a team responsible for providing essential services that supports both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- To carry out a range of routine administrative duties to support the team in maintaining KPI's as required by Management.
- Handle all enquiries in a timely and professional manner as directed.
- Ensure all Applicant, Learner and Employer documentation / information is logged accurately into the company systems within agreed timescales, always maintaining a high levels of accuracy.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with all teams within the company and with relevant external parties.
- Provide information, advice and guidance when receiving and responding to inbound communications. Where possible solving queries firsthand, always ensuring Customer (Internal and External) satisfaction.
Essential Requirements:
- GCSE, Maths and English, A-C or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, with good prioritisation and organisation skills.
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively.
Desirable:
- Prior experience in a similar role
