The role
You can expect to deal with a range of enquiries such as repairs, lettings, antisocial behaviour, safeguarding, compliments and complaints, ensuring you complete service requests raised by customers.
You will carry out a range of administration processes, including delivering an effective repair appointment system to customers, aiming to investigate and resolve customer complaints at first fix.

Please note a full time role is 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with working hours between 8am to 5pm.
There is an opportunity to agile work with the working week split between both office and home working after full training is completed.
