2. THE ROLE

The Insights Executive role requires strong organization skills, a passion for PR and analysis, and meticulous attention to detail. You'll join a small Insights team responsible for producing detailed media analysis reports that enhance our media monitoring and social listening software.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing a portfolio of Insights clients, coordinating production teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports, acting as the main client contact, quality control of reports, and onboarding new clients.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll need to liaise with the Insights Manager, clients, and production teams effectively. Reporting to the Insights Manager, you'll also assist in managing the reporting pipeline, implementing processes, meeting deadlines, and supporting marketing activities.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proofread and fact check media analysis reports
  • Assist in report production and design
  • Manage client relationships and reports
  • Resolve client queries
  • Coordinate production teams
  • Provide training and feedback to teams
  • Collaborate with Insights Manager for quality and growth
  • Support pre-sales activities
