Role Overview:

The Senior Manager role involves spearheading operations transformation projects within the Insurance sector, emphasizing innovation, customer experience enhancement, growth strategies, regulatory compliance, and significant cost-efficiency enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust client relationships within the sector by leveraging proven industry knowledge and delivery expertise.
  • Devise solutions, refine existing ones, and develop new ones, focusing on Transformation Leadership and Operational Excellence.
  • Oversee bids, including client presentations and pitches to secure new business.
  • Lead teams, formulating a group of consultants with a diverse set of skills, competencies, and experience to support client needs and anticipated growth.

As a Senior Manager, you will actively contribute to our people strategy through mentoring and developing team members, as well as serving as a Performance Manager for multiple individuals.
