About the role

With significant strengthening of compliance regulations across many of our key markets, Reckitt has a Global Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Strategy aimed at embedding good compliance practice within its business and ensuring it meets its regulatory compliance obligations. E&C Manager – Europe, Australia and New Zealand (EU/ANZ) will play an important role in the ongoing rollout of Reckitt's E&C Strategy across all Global Business Units in all markets and regions within EU/ANZ. E&C Manager will support the EU/ANZ area to fulfil its statutory obligations under applicable compliance regulations by helping ensure that robust governance and comprehensive controls are in place and that their implementation and maintenance are integral parts of Reckitt's EU/ANZ E&C Strategy.

Your responsibilities

Monitor EU/ANZ E&C Plan fulfilment, administer, follow up and support implementation of outstanding actions from EU/ANZ E&C Plan; Conduct Speak Up investigations, ensuring all matters are managed with integrity and thoroughness and that the corrective actions are implemented on time; Support Reckitt's Third Party management process by analysing due-diligence reports and red flags identified, proposing mitigation actions and following up their completion; Analyse Speak Up and other E&C data, prepare trends analysis, implement mitigating actions identified from monitoring data and escalate issues where needed; Support the E&C risk assessment process; Provide support to ensure our policy framework is adhered to regionally; Implement various E&C programs and initiatives (e.g., trainings and communication); obtain, analyse and keep organized digital records of the evidence that such activities have been correctly performed.

The experience we're looking for

Law or other relevant University degree (e.g. Business, Accounting, Finance). Relevant E&C experience of compliance programmes in markets. Understanding legal and compliance requirements and risks in EU/ANZ. Proven experience in investigations. Ability to analyse and organise substantial amount of information and documents. Strong skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills with experience in liaising and forming trusted relationships with various stakeholders Team-player mindset that is eager to build and deliver shared success. Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) in fluent English. Flexibility to travel if required by the business.
