nAn exciting opportunity within a growing HVAC business has become available for a Sales Account Manager to support the team in the London and Southeast of England.
As a business experience excellent success, and as a result high levels of growth, the business is keen to develop their sales and account management function, in order to ensure they can continue to deliver the high levels of customer service and care that they are known for.
The position holder will be joining an established team to support the accounts in that area.You will be the main point of contact for customers on a daily basis and will proactively seek opportunities to gain new business or develop opportunities within the existing accounts to further promote the business' services and offerings.
Role and ResponsibilitiesnWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:nManaging an assigned portfolio of accounts, nurturing long term business relationships to promote further opportunities for salesnPromoting an increase in sales for areas of installations, maintenance and repair work with new and existing clientsnBecoming the main point of contact for customers for queries and to address their needs and how the business can address thesenFinding swift and successful solutions for problems and conflicts with customers, ensuring a fair outcome for allnReporting on and analysing sales metrics, including periodical sales results and how they are against set targetsnSeeking out opportunities for growth and improvement in sales performance, suggesting these to the team and relevant managersnStriving to increase the market exposure of the business by promoting the business whenever possible, including to new and existing customers, at events and through networkingnSupporting the sales director and other managers in the delivery of contractsWhat
You Will Need To Apply:
nThe business is keen to hear from experienced sales professionals, ideally within the HVAC industry if possible or have expeirence with FM contracts .
Applicants should have excellent customer service and communication skills, be capable of delivery high levels of service and productively using relationships to business advantage, as well as possessing good problem-solving skills and a quick-thinking mindset.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and other sales related software is required for this role.What

nThe successful candidate for this role can expect a starting salary in the region of £40,000 to accompany an appealing benefits package including excellent bonus potential based on sales work, a company car or equivalent allowance, useful and attractive monetary and reward incentives, as well as a good holiday and pension allowance.
