Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the restaurant manager(s) in all aspects of the business
  • Lead confidently, with grace
  • To be the face of the business in the restaurant managers absence
  • Ensure the frontofhouse is fully staffed
  • Ensuring consistent, high quality food and beverages are served to customers
  • Meeting sales and profitability targets
  • Managing all things inventory
  • Dealing with customer feedback and providing quality outcomes
  • Overseeing the restaurant cleanliness and ensuring full compliance with health and safety requirements
  • Create a nurturing, positive work environment
  • Champion career development.

Personal Specification:

  • Passionate about food & wine
  • Accountable, empathetic and charismatic leader
  • Able to work and make decisions, under pressure, with ease
  • 1+ years experience as a manager with indepth knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Superb customer and floor service skills
  • Proven experience managing finance
  • Passionate, diligent and detail orientated
  • Excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
  • Forward thinking and confident
  • Driven and handson
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Problem solver
