Nursery - 3rd in Charge

We are looking to recruit a 3rd in charge to become part of the management team at a nursery based in Banbury.
The salary is up to £27,000, this is a great role for a senior practitioner or room leader looking to take the next step in their career or a great role for a practitioner with management experience.
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, you get 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, you get an extra days holiday for each year of service with the company.
You must be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare & Education and have experience in a senior practitioners role within a nursery.
You will be working alongside the deputy and manager to provide the best care and educational experiences for the children in your care.
You will stand in for the Deputy Manager when required and will oversee the staffing in each room of the nursery providing support and guidance to the staff team.
You will promote the nursery to new and existing parents and arrange show arounds, you will take part in continued training and be a competent completing administrative tasks and reports.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in childcare, providing care and support to the under 5s and creating a fun and happy environment for the children to play and learn.
The role includes play work, activities, support with feeding, personal care and supporting the staff team with daily tasks and reporting.
