Karen J Boulton Optician is a small, independent business in Wellington, Telford. We are a friendly, professional practice, established for over twenty one years in the town. As well as offering personalised eyecare, we also offer Audiology servces in conjuction with The Hearing Care Partnership.
- No working on Sundays/ Bank Holidays

Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records of customer payments and cashbook entries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Booking appointments on the telephone and in person.
- Overall responsibility for our patient recall system
- Sorting post in/out
- Assisting with minor repairs to spectacles (training will be given)
- Listening to patients, and giving good clear advice, explaining suitable products & offers available.
- General housekeeping duties at the end of the day
Hours:
Ideally, we are looking for someone to do the following hours;
Tues and Wed , Fri hr lunch), Sat min lunch)
Every four weeks, we will ask you to work all day Tues and Wed in lieu of having the following Saturday off.
Holiday:
4 weeks + Bank hol allowance (Pro Rata)
