As our Privacy Professional you will utilize your expertise and understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and your working knowledge of European/US/APAC privacy regulations. This position's working hours will align with US Eastern Time. Candidates based near London or Madrid preferred.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of Anteriad's processes to ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, and IT to implement privacy best practices and address any compliance issues.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to privacy compliance for our marketing use-cases.
  • Perform privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) for new marketing projects or initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with changes in privacy laws and regulations, advise stakeholders on potential impacts. Partnering with Compliance and other collaborators in supervising privacy legal/regulatory change management.
  • Provide guidance for new legislation compliance and privacy best practice.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or consultants as needed to support privacy compliance efforts.
  • Work with colleagues to uphold DSAR requests and research impact of legislation on Data Subject rights.
  • Research and update Privacy Policy and other corporate Privacy and Compliance Documentation,
  • Answer client questions with regards to their privacy concerns and represent Anteriad's position

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in privacy or data protection is a plus.
  • Good understanding of European marketing regulations, particularly GDPR, and experience implementing compliance measures.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex privacy issues and recommend practical solutions Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing technologies and platforms such as ad servers, and the digital marketing ecosystem.

Required

  • University degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in privacy compliance, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising/sales/media environment.
  • Be customer obsessed, proactive by nature, relish problem-solving, want the ability to think creatively and love the satisfaction of successful execution.
  • Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Detail orientated and have excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to send feedback to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent command of written and oral English (bilingual a plus)
  • Must be located within the UK or Spain with proximity to London and Madrid preferred for attendance at on-site meetings, as required.
