We require an Elective Admissions Clerk to assist with the running of the centralised waiting lists by collecting and delivering patient case notes, Admission Lists and Operation Lists and providing administration support to the Elective Admissions Administrators and also to provide the Endoscopy Admin Office/Preoperative Assessment Unit with appropriate administration support

Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, be able work on own initiative. RSA 1 or Equivalent essential.


To assist the Elective Admissions Administrators with the running of the Waiting Lists, to liaise with appropriate staff to ensure that all waiting lists are managed appropriately and utilised in accordance with the trusts waiting lists management guidelines and policies.

To ensure patient case notes are available for the patient's admission, as per Trust guidelines.

We are a national centre for telemedicine and introduced telehealth to the UK offender healthcare sector and also provide the service to patients in their care homes.
