This is a fantastic opportunity for a lounge attendant (waiter or waitress) to join the team for this luxurious lounge for Qantas Airlines in Terminal 3 managed by Accor Hotels.


Ideally with two years' experience in an upscale restaurant, lounge or hotel combined with your impeccable presentation and warm friendly smile will set you apart.

You will be responsible for caring for guests in your assigned section and assisting others when needed.

Your excellent communication skills will ensure that guests have a seamless experience.

You'll be able to understand the needs of our guests by ensuring meals and drinks are delivered to their liking all while maintaining the highest levels of food safety.


  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a must.
  • A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient.
  • Maintaining a high standard of grooming and presentation.
  • In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Lounge operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • We start work at 0600 so you must be able to reach Heathrow at that time

Salary:
£11.95 per hour
