Job description: Are you passionate about supporting the academic and personal development of secondary school students?
Aspire People are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with a number of our Secondary schools in Grantham on an as-and-when and flexible basis.
If you are available for work between 2 and 5 days per week on a regular basis, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons
- Assist students on an individual or group basis, providing guidance and reinforcement
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student progress
- Support the management of classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
