Position Available: Junior to Mid-Level Associate

We are on the lookout for a talented junior to mid-level associate to join our esteemed Private Equity team. In this role, you will primarily focus on UK, European, and international transactions. The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of relevant experience post-qualification, gained in a leading private equity practice in London or a comparable jurisdiction.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a top-tier private equity setting
  • Trained and retained at a prominent London private equity firm
  • Previous exposure to private equity matters during training
  • Familiarity with various legal documents including NDAs, engagement letters, and diligence reports
  • Strong written communication and drafting abilities
  • Demonstrated initiative and capability to handle significant responsibilities
  • Outstanding academic background is a prerequisite
