Corporate Associate - Mid Level

We are working with an international law firm that is seeking to hire a mid-level Corporate Associate to join their fast-growing international Corporate Group in London. This highly regarded corporate team offers the full range of specialist corporate legal services including public and private M&A, equity capital markets, private equity, venture capital and joint ventures. Their impressive client base is ranges from start-ups to established multinational blue chips.

The role will involve transactional work in a range of areas covering M&A, both domestic and cross border, joint ventures, equity capital markets and private equity. It will cover the full remit of corporate work including all aspects of client generation, client work and relationship management.

Applications are sought from corporate associates with upwards of 2 years' PQE, gained at a City or International law firm, outstanding academic record with a minimum of a 2:1 attained at degree level, and a strong work ethic.
