Tiger Private is looking for an ambitious, dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to support an UHNW, prominent but discreet family. The role will report directly into the Principals who are very experienced business leaders. You will work from the family's office in Kensington, London. This will predominantly be a Monday-Friday role however flexibility with working hours will be required in order to meet deadlines and a high level of responsiveness will be required at all times.Our clients are looking for PA with proven longevity in similar roles and a genuine passion for working in this type of position. The chosen candidate must be a trustworthy and responsible person who takes pride in their job. Honesty and reliability are key and the security of the family is essential. We are looking for a committed and diligent candidate with strong organisational and interpersonal skills and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; along with advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite. Responsibilities to include:
  • Coordinate personal and business schedules
  • Heavy diary & travel management
  • General bookkeeping/ liaising with finance team
  • Carrying out background research as needed and meeting preparation
  • General administrative duties
  • Manage residential staff, insurance cover and vendors for family residences
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management, filing
  • Maintain medical files and medical insurance
