About the Role:

Kia UK, following a successful sales year in 2023, continues to focus on sustainable retail sales growth, with Marketing Programmes playing a key role in our campaigns and communication efforts.

We are excited to offer a position on our winning team for a dynamic Marketing Programmes Specialist. In this role within the Marketing department, you will be responsible for managing budgets, enhancing our relationship with Kia Finance, and contributing to our innovative campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in consumer finance, process improvement, and analytics, combined with strong communication skills. You will serve as the go-to expert for our offers and dealer communications.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks:

The Marketing Programmes Specialist will collaborate with the Marketing Programmes team to develop and execute high-quality incentive programmes that drive retail sales for Kia UK. This role involves contributing to new quarterly campaign development, accurate budgeting, and engagement with the Field Team and Kia Finance to maximize offer impact.

As an Analytical Expert:

  • Play a key role in modeling and managing the substantial KUK incentive spend
  • Participate in presentations to Senior Management for quarterly campaign approvals
  • Ensure data accuracy for quarterly incentives to calculate and forecast spend
  • Produce performance and benchmark reports, including performance dashboardsLead ad-hoc reporting to support strategic business decisionsContribute to the European Quarterly Business Review process

Strive as a Creative Force:

  • Create impactful quarterly campaigns to boost Kia UK's retail performance
  • Bring fresh ideas to campaign planning
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to effectively convey campaign messages
  • Assist in creating commercial updates and presentations to various stakeholders
  • Facilitate dealer payments for incentives and ensure financial accuracy

Other Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Marketing Programmes Manager when needed
  • Provide guidance to Marketing Programmes Analyst
  • Initiate process improvements and enhanced reporting
  • Engage with Finance, Field Team, and dealer network on various initiatives

About You:

  • Hold a degree or possess relevant industry experience
  • Minimum of two years in an analytical/numerical role
  • Knowledge of SAP and PowerPoint desirable
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent initiative
  • Experience in managing cross-company projects
