You will be responsible for delivering the full recruitment plan for the region, taking full ownership of every aspect of recruitment and onboarding for all team-based roles for the full range of services on the ground.
You will build close and effective relationships with the teams and all the external parties we work with for onboarding and pre-employment checks.
You will need a real eye for detail and quality - understanding that our absolute commitment to the Safeguarding of our children and young people is our top priority.
You will be able to demonstrate your understanding of the regulatory environment we work in and the demands that our commitment to Safer Recruitment require.
We are a unique and complex business and you will need to balance a hands on, practical approach with a creative and innovative style - taking full advantage of all contemporary and traditional sourcing and marketing channels.
The Care sector is challenging and you will need to be able to demonstrate an outstanding track record in every aspect of recruitment, evidence of delivering against stretching targets and the resilience and flexibility to dig deep and roll your sleeves up, when necessary.
- Daily Admin
- Attending meetings with Managers and steak holders within the service
- Updating our ATS system with new candiates joining the service
- Progressing candiates up until there start date
- Providing prompt updates to candiates/managers
- Pre Employment checks
- Booking and managing assessment centres.
- Liaising with regional managers and team leaders within Cambian.
- Providing regional managers and colleagues advise on recruitment processes.
- Arranging interviews and diary management.
- To develop an understanding of and to utilise all systems relevant to the role.
