We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector.

While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

Meet our service user


Our service user is a sociable lady in her 40's who lives in Birmingham and requires support on a 1:1 basis throughout the day with her complex care needs.

She thrives on participating in various activities, from outdoor adventures to social outings and creative projects.

Your role will involve not only providing essential care but also actively engaging in these activities, ensuring she enjoys a fulfilling and enriched life.


She is a big fan of reading and loves being out in the community visiting charity shops, bargain hunting, going to her local book club and shows a big interest in gardening.


A key aspect of this role includes assisting with daily living activities, such as providing personal care, supporting with her mobility, observing her clinical care needs and attending to her clinical care needs when required.

You will build a strong, trusting relationship with our service user and her family, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.


Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

It is essential to hold a valid driving licence for this position as our service user does have an adapted vehicle to access the community throughout the day

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:

  • 3 months care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Valid Driving Licence

Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role:

  • Spinal Injury Care
  • Bowel Management

We have the following shifts available

  • Part Time Days
  • 8am 8pm
  • 2 Shifts Per Week

Take a look at our pay rates

Weekdays:
£13.00 per hour (£156 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Weekends:
£14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Bank Holidays:
£15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per 12-hour shift)
