We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector.

While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

Meet our service user


Our service user is an interactive young boy who lives with his loving family in Birmingham, He requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis with his complex care needs.

He is generally a happy boy who loves to explore tactile experiences and play with his light up toys. He really enjoys watching YouTube, reading stories with his care team, and listening to his favourite music.


Throughout the day your role will be to support him with his morning routine and accompanying him to his educational setting where transport will be provided.

You will assist him with his personal care, moving and handling, making close clinical observations and attending to his care needs when required.


You will assist him in engaging in his learning and development through play and support with engagement and interaction with his peers.


To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Complex Care Experience with Children

Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role:

  • Epilepsy Management
  • PEG Feeding
  • Oral Suctioning
  • Cerebral Palsy

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available

  • Part Time Days
  • 8am 4:30pm
  • 3 Shifts Per Week

Take a look at our pay rates

Weekdays:
£13.00 per hour (£110.50 approx. per 8.5-hour shift)

Weekends:
£14.00 per hour (£119 approx. per 8.5-hour shift)

Bank Holidays:
£15.00 per hour (£127.50 approx. per 8.5-hour shift)
