What you will be doing?

The purpose of this role is to develop and administer training programs for employees, assess training and development needs for organizations, help individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, create training manuals, present in-person training sessions, and monitor training for effectiveness.

Works with managers and stakeholders to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.

This is a Team handling Role.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Ø Content-Oversees training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more.
Ø Training Scope-Determines training needs and requirements for an organization or group by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys
Ø Leadership-Reviews existing training materials produced by third parties to establish appropriateness and relevance.
Ø Analytical-Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs.
Ø Stakeholder Engagement -Presents in-person and online training sessions or hires qualified personnel to do so.
Ø Planning

  • Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrolment.

Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates, as necessary.

Specialises in a particular industry and keep current on the activities, and needs of that industry by attending regular meetings, conferences, and seminars.

Maintains an understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods

Bachelor's or master's Degree, Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Planning Skills, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Decision Making.
