Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance:
Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment.
Implement maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
Ensure equipment safety and regulatory compliance.

Capital Projects:
Plan and lead capital projects for facility improvements.
Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet safety standards.

Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards including OSHA and BRC.Implement safety policies and training for employees.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify and lead process and equipment improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments for aligned objectives.
Understand customer needs with sales and marketing teams.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records related to equipment, safety, and compliance.

About YouA Qualified Engineer with substantial experience in mechanical, and electrical engineering within the food manufacturing ideallyProfound understanding of and experience with industrial food manufacturing machinery and control systems including PLCProven track record of troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and instrumentation systems in a high-volume production setting.

Driven, with the capacity to work autonomously and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Availability for overtime and on-call support as needed to meet operational demands.
