Our client is currently seeking a senior structural engineer to join their team and help with project delivery. The role will involve designing a variety of schemes, conducting surveys, preparing fee proposals, writing reports, and handling insurance claims.

About you:

  • Degree qualified in civil or structural engineering
  • Chartered or working towards Chartership
  • Experience in design using concrete, steelwork, timber, and masonry
  • Familiarity with British Standards and EuroCodes
  • Proficient in software like Tekla, AutoCAD, and SCIA
  • Ability to create fee proposals and reports
  • Skills in checking designs
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of Tekla, Tedds, and Finite elements (training available)
