Currently, we are in search of a Peripatetic Service Manager to join our Supported Living Services in Worksop and Rotherham. As the Service Manager, your role will involve offering clear and structured leadership on a day-to-day basis to ensure top-notch service delivery by the local team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Stay alert and proactive in reporting safeguarding concerns
- Proactively explore growth opportunities while upholding company values
- Ensure thorough recruitment and training of new team members
- Participate in staff recruitment, selection, and induction processes
- Lead the team to support service users in living fulfilling lives
- Conduct care packages interviews as needed
- Implement risk assessments to ensure user safety
- Develop induction/assessment programs for new service users
- Promote a person-centered approach in service delivery
- Understand business implications related to audit and inspections
- Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication within the service and with external agencies
- Collaborate with external training and provider agencies
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong supervisory skills to support team development
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Experience in Supported Living or Residential services preferred
- Prior experience with adults having Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions desirable
- Willingness to undergo further training or development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding role
