Contract - Full-time, Permanent

Hours - 37.5 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday 10am-7pm

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Transport Team. This is a fantastic opportunity and starting point for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in Transport.

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Driver Training systems administration.


Driver Debrief administration
  • Checks and referrals to Driver Trainers.


Compliance Administration
  • Accident & insurance reporting, Defect reporting.
  • Production of reports for all Lynas sites.
  • Route planning.
  • General office admin, new account uploads & holiday cover.
  • Query Management System Gatekeeper & call handler.

Essential criteria:

  • Proficient in all M/S Office packages, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Confident and articulate.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • Good standard of education or relevant demonstratable experience.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Route Planning software.
  • Experience with Telematics software.
  • Experience in The Food Service Industry
