A link between Management and Associates, supporting with delivering the brand customer experience, executing in store operations and driving sales and profitability.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that follows the customer through their journey within the store
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
  • Provide the brand bra fit experience, ensuring the customers need are met and additional products are suggested where appropriate
  • Participate in sales targets with management and tracking performance towards the set goals
  • Understand and execute store merchandising standards, recovering and replenishing stock where needed
  • Operate the till system ensuring all customer transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and services levels are maintained throughout
  • Play an active role in loss prevention within the store, identify and notifying management of any stock that may be fault and/or have gone missing
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Participate in training programmes and engage with in store initiatives
  • Conducts opening and closing activates, including key holder duties in line with company procedures, setting direction and engaging the team with targets and responsibilities for each shift (with guidance set by management)
  • Coaching and motivating team members to execute the in store customer experience ensuring the store is always customer ready
  • Provide training and guidance to other team members to support in executing the in store experience
  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating expert product knowledge on all ranges across the store, guiding and coaching members of the team on product where needed
  • Support with product execution, brand launches and audits across the store, ensuring all operational policies and procedures are respected
  • Drive improvements in service and build customer loyalty using the Mystery Shop reports (with guidance from by management)
  • Support with logging & follow up of any maintenance work that is needed to ensure store standards are maintained
