Chief Executive Officer - The Cast Metals Federation (CMF)

Salary: £75k - £80k DOE + Car + Pension + Hybrid

Location: Tipton, West Midlands

The Cast Metals Federation is seeking a dynamic individual to lead as the new Chief Executive Officer. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, providing exceptional service to member companies, and ensuring value for money.

Supported by the Chair and Council, you will undergo a smooth handover process from the current CEO. Ideally, you have experience in the foundry industry or in an industrial trade association.

• Report to the Chairman & Council and lead a small team of four.
• Ensure member companies are well-served through on-site visits and meetings.
• Maintain the Federation's financial stability.
• Act as a liaison with Government representatives.
• Coordinate regional, sector, and committee meetings.
• Represent the Federation at national and international events.
• Research and craft member communications.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record of commercial success.
• Experience in the foundry industry or industrial trade associations.

The role offers a competitive salary of £75k to £80k, along with a pension, company car, and hybrid working. You have the chance to drive positive change and support the growth of the cast metals sector.
