Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC bias to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC bias will be responsible for:

  1. Delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
  2. Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works.
  3. Keeping the client informed of site activities.
  4. Assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
  5. Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
  6. Capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours.
  7. Effectively prioritise your workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.

To be successful for this Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC bias role, you must have:

  • City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance/facilities management environment.
  • Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance.
  • Carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg.
  • Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights.
  • Available to join a call-out rota.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
