We are looking for a payroll Coordinator to join our accounts team at Paradise Park, Newhaven.

  • General Responsibilities:
Uploading and processing payrolls from Tensor Time and Attendance on Pegasus Opera.

  • Running all reports and checking for accuracy
Process new employee starters and leavers

  • Maintaining pay rates, PAYE tax codes, personnel details
  • Administer changes in tax codes, processing of Attachment of Earning etc. and respond to pay queries/enquiries
  • Processing of Statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP etc.)
  • Processing payroll to BACS. Managing and distributing payslips and P45's.
  • Processing online returns to HMRC
  • Administration of autoenrolment Pension Scheme. Additions & removals

Previous experience:

Looking to relocate? - We may be able to provide support with either a relocation allowance or subsidised accommodation.

Duration:

Would consider full time/ part time applicants, working Monday - Friday.
