We're seeking a proactive Change Partner to drive and embed critical changes in our Canterbury and Digital business areas aligned with our business strategy. The role is a key member of the HR, Change and Transformation community and occupies a unique position taking view across the entire organisation with aim of optimising the effectiveness of functions and teams. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and other key functions to design, implement, and monitor change management plans, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness. About the role:
  • As a key member of the change and transformation team, you will partner with leadership to develop change management plans focusing on communications, capability, capacity, and culture.
  • Collaborate with the Digital and Brand teams and the Transformation, HR and Technology teams to gain support for change activities.
  • Define, monitor and adjust change plans for enhanced impact.
  • Design change activities to reinforce desired organizational culture and behavior principles.
  • Coach leaders and managers in change management and skill development.
  • Support and educate teams through our High Performing teams' framework
  • Ensure critical skill knowledge is documented, accessible, and shared across functions.
About you
  • You will have knowledge and experience of leading change management activities, an understanding of change management methodologies and best practices to develop comprehensive, realistic change management plans.
  • You will have change experience in retail / wholesale / digital.
  • You will be adaptable and resilient in navigating ambiguity and challenges inherent in change processes.
  • You will understand organizational culture and behavior to design change activities that promote desired values and principles.
  • You will have coaching and mentoring skills to support leaders and managers in guiding their teams through change processes.
  • You will have excellent communication skills.
