Porsche Pre Owned Sales Analyst

Location:
PCGB, Reading

Salary:
£35K - £45K DOE + Up to 10% Bonus

Contract:
Full time, Permanent

The Role - Porsche Pre Owned Sales Analyst:

The Pre-Owned Sales Analyst plays an integral role in analysing trends and identifying opportunities for performance improvement at network and centre level.


In addition to this your responsibilities include:

  • Utilising internal reporting tools to develop, create and maintain a suite of reports to be shared with all relevant stakeholders
  • To liaise with and support, the Regional Management team to ensure they are fully aware of every preowned opportunity
  • Be the first point of contact for new Porsche Centres and staff on all Preowned topics
  • Managing adhoc reporting and analysis requests from internal and external stakeholders, including Porsche AG
  • Monitor the quality of the Porsche network's online vehicle marketing activity and identify opportunities where this can be improved
  • Support and manage departmental projects
  • Supporting the Porsche network in Great Britain achieve current Pre-Owned sales objectives whilst also ensuring analysing future trends and identifying opportunities and risks

Essential Knowledge and expertise:

  • The ability to work autonomously and take a proactive approach is key
  • Experience within either the used car or fleet area is desirable
  • Keen attention to detail and a desire to deliver the highest quality of work
  • An individual who will constantly review existing processes and identify where improvements can be made
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills are required, but the ability to derive insights from the analysis is also essential
  • The ability to deliver a high level of service to internal and external customers
  • Take ownership for personal development needs in anticipation of business requirements.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
  • A strong understanding of the automotive industry and the functional departments within the automotive retail environment
