Custodian Oversight Transition Coordinator

London/Hybrid

6 months Contract

£280 per day PAYE

They are looking for a Custodian Oversight Transition Coordinator to join the team at their London office on an initial contract of 6 months.

The role is working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with very occasional out of hours work required. You will be officebased 2 days a week as determined by the business.

Job Purpose:

  • Acts as key contact for various internal and external partners, including business unit partners, internal auditors, external stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with external vendors and counterparties to resolve issues efficiently, including Custodians.
  • Operates independently; has indepth knowledge of the business unit / function.
  • Participate in internal or client driven change projects and oversee process improvement initiatives through to implementation.
  • Carries out activities that are large in scope, crossfunctional and technically challenging
  • Proactively drives continuous improvement within the Client Service Management [CSM] group.
  • Identifies potential process improvements and communicates recommendations as well as implementation plans to management.
  • Own and coordinating any adhoc CSM projects/initiatives to better improvement the management between the business and the Custodian partners.

Essential Skills

  • Good, broad, working knowledge of Custodian Operations and/or Outsourcing Operation processes.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Windows 365 Products, including Power Bi, Excel, PowerPoint & Sharepoint due to monthly report deliverables the role will required
  • Good oral and written communication skills are required
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
