Evolve is recruiting for a blue-chip healthcare organisation who has a brand-new opportunity for an experienced and hardworking Transport Operations Lead to join their team working remotely.

You will be working on transport projects and implementing variousoperational improvements.

Ideal Requirements
-
Ideally Pharmaceutical or Medical Device background:

  • Ideally have CILT Level 3 qualification and working towards Level
  • Previous experience of P&L, finance, transportation, forecasting and logistics is advantageous.
  • Good level of experience in managing transportation transactions.
  • Expert level in Excel and competent in use of other Microsoft skills.
  • Previous experience of operating in environments that regulated by MHRA GMP/GDP guidelines, GPhC Homecare Standards

Role Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Head of Transport working across multiple sites across UK and Ireland.
  • Lead the UKI data analysis on all transportation costs and identify key areas for cost efficiencies and high spend.
  • Deliver operational updates and be a point of escalation on daily/weekly tier calls within UKI
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting versus forecast / budget including pulse updates and risks and opportunities
  • Management of all Transportation invoices & accruals
  • Support with financial and strategic business submissions through AOP/budget/Forecasting
