In order to be successful in this role you must have a maths related degree, a strong academic background in maths and the eagerness and drive to progress your career in education further. This role is the perfect chance for you to get your foot in the door and to utilise your leadership and motivational skills. This role is very beneficial as you will be supplied with on the job courses to greatly improve your knowledge while working with students.This role will entail you working with underachieving students to raise attainment levels, this will be in either a 1:1 or small group intervention.
