Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager - Regulatory Consulting
Location - London / Flexible (providing you are within commutable distance to London for 2 days office-based working per week)
DWF are seeking a Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager to join our Regulatory Consulting Team in London.


The main areas of work undertaken by the Regulatory Consulting Team are to provide consultancy services to those firms regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA).

The team provide assistance to regulatedentities on compliance and regulatory issues, and this involves working with international clients who have a presence in the UK and participating in international initiatives.

The team is dynamic and at an early stage of development, allowing the role holderthe opportunity to gain exposure to a vast and varied range of work and to be a shaping presence in the development of this 'young' business, which was established in 2019.


Essential experience:

At least 2 years regulatory-related experience gained at a financial services institution, legal practice, consultancy or the regulator;
Professionally qualified in regulation to Level 4 or equivalent or willing to study towards it;
A good general understanding of FCA rules and regulations;
A particular interest in developing knowledge of governance requirements and conduct issues affecting anyone of the following sectors: wealth, banking, insurance, pensions, consumer lending or other regulated sub-sectors;
