Currently, we are in search of a Land Rights Team Leader who can join us in our quest to build customer loyalty and expand our business through consistently outstanding service delivery.

As the Land Rights Team Leader, some of your main responsibilities include:
  • Efficiently managing the team to liaise with BUUK's solicitors, submit Heads of Terms, issue template documents, and independently handle a portfolio of tasks
  • Leading direct communication with various parties such as GTC solicitors, Developers, Third Party solicitors, Wayleave Officers, ensuring negotiations align with company policies and customer needs
