Office Administrator
An opportunity for an Office Administrator has become available in the Birmingham area, within a growing established business.


The successful individual will be responsible for ensuring that communication through the business is of the highest level through completing day-to-day administration tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

Supporting with weekly meetings and recording minutes.

Inputting and controlling data, through spreadsheets.

Data collection that is required by a site (Including Filing, canning and copying of documents).

Supporting Management with ongoing work.

Skills and experience should include:

Excellent attention to detail and high standard of accuracy, numeracy, and literacy essential

Must have good social skills to build positive interactions with colleagues and workers

Good MS Office and Excel Skills

Well organised and excellent attention to detail

Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Able to work at pace

Salary & Package:

Negotiable and dependent on experience
