This position is a 100% office based
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Payroll Officer to be part of HR team.

The role:

  • Preparing all relevant hotels and office payroll accurately and timely as per the prescribed requirement
  • Manage the full range of payroll duties including, processing of monthly and weekly payrolls.
  • Prepare payrollrelated reports as required.
  • To verify regular and overtime hours
  • Ensuring that all starters, change of status and leavers are authorized before preparing them for input.
  • Support HR with admin duties

What are we looking for?

  • Experience within payroll of 400 plus employees'
  • Experience using HR systems (Harri, Fourth, Sage)
  • Knowle of PYAE and TAX deductions.
  • Experience in payroll and administration
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar environment
