Associate Director

Great opportunity to join one of the worlds leading multi-disciplinary consultancies.
This role will sit within our clients Real Estate Division and will play a key role in the further development of the team.
The operate across multi sectors including Resi, Commercial, Education and Industrial.Working across a number of projects in different sectors and providing a range of building surveying / project management duties.
Managing the client relationship and service delivery on a project-by-project basis in conjunction with senior colleagues.Supporting Practice Management in the day-to-day running of the business, you'll also be involved with the following:
Project management and Contract Administration duties for larger projects.
Condition and measured surveys.
Designing and implementing small - medium sized projects.
Due diligence surveys.
The use and application of standard forms of building contracts, such as JCT and NEC.
Experience of defect analysis, undertaking building surveys and producing professional reports and specifications.
Mentoring and training more junior Building Surveyors as well as an active participation in the APC programme.
Understand the principles of quality, safety, and the environment within the management of projects.
Networking to develop local presence in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland regions.
Networking to develop business opportunities.
Provide project management services. BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree or similar.
Ability to demonstrate good all-round surveying experience and be client facing with work winning skills.
Experience of both pre and post contract project management responsibilities and be able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.
Prepared to travel as required.To liaise with senior colleagues to help build a profitable service and positive, high performing team environment.
Strong IT skills, Word, and Excel as a minimum. Ability to manage and develop team members including mentoring of APC graduates.
