Duties and responsibilities:

  • Greeting and checking in of passenger's baggage for their respective flights
  • Checking passports, visa documentation and flight details
  • Offering and aiding customers' needs
  • Direct customers to the right direction/assist if needed
  • Reconciliation of passengers at Boarding Gates

Skills required:

  • Good eye for the details
  • Previous customer service experiences
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and understanding
  • Flexibility

An example of this Rota pattern could be: 6 on 3 off pattern

  • 03:00 12:00
  • 03:00 12:00
  • 05:00 14:00
  • 13:00 22:00
  • 12:00 21:00
  • 11:00 20:00
Flexibility will be required as there are some early starts and late finishes.

Documents required for the interview:

  • 5 Year Address History
  • 5 Year Work Reference History

Hours of work/Pay rates:

  • Full time position with permanent role opportunity
- £ 11.39 p/h paid weekly

  • Overtime paid at £17.00 per hour over 40 hours
  • 2 weeks paid training provided
  • Hours may vary working on a 6 on 3 off pattern
Flexibility will be required as there are some early starts and late finishes.
