Here's what you can expect to be doing


You will be working as part of our
high performing Minimally Invasive Surgery team, which specialises in the provision of
Endosurgical products.

We want to hear from you

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • To achieve sales targets set for the territory by developing winning and repeatable sales strategies
  • To develop effective sales strategies and tactics to win new accounts, focusing on the clinical intheatre sell
  • To develop strong relationships with key accounts and customers
  • To attend exhibitions, meetings, demonstrations and workshops both locally and nationally
  • To assist with the development of key reference centres for the range of products within the portfolio
  • To keep abreast of developments and trends within the territory in order to supply accurate information for consideration in forecasting and budget proposals

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Sales experience regularly introducing and selling products to consultants and associate theatre staff
  • High levels of consistent sales success within an established territory
  • The ability to work using their own initiative, guiding and developing situations to an effective outcome
  • Resilient and enthusiastic approach
  • A full UK Driving License
